The service

Rope Drop tracks publicly displayed prices on Universal Orlando's booking site and notifies you by email when a booking you've saved drops below the price you paid. The service is provided as-is with no warranty of accuracy or availability.

Your bookings

You are responsible for the accuracy of bookings you enter. Rope Drop does not book, modify, or cancel reservations on your behalf. Universal's rebooking policy applies; check it before relying on a drop alert.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no scraping our endpoints, no creating multiple accounts to evade limits, no automated booking creation. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

Rope Drop is provided free during Phase 2A. We are not liable for missed alerts, prices that change between detection and your action, or Universal Orlando's policy decisions.
